Course Type: Double loop of 13.1 miles. Start/finish Silver Lake Picnic and Swim area

Description: While the trail does narrow in places where single-file running is required, the field is large enough where you generally will always have people around you (unless you're really fast or really slow). There are some bad footing areas, but this is not like Dances With Dirt where even mountain goats stumble. The trail is rolling with a maybe a half dozen tough climbs. Some say the first four miles is hard and the rest is easy. That's bull. It's fairly consisent from start to finish. Some rocks.
