Surface: Challenging single track horse trails of sandy soil including small water crossings and some jeep roads.
Description: Rolling, twisting and turning cross country trails through meadows and woods. Oak and pine groves skirt grassland meadows of wildflowers. Real trail conditions will challenge the runner.

Longest Climb: The terrain rolls constantly, without a "climb"
Time Limit/Cutoffs: 50 mile runners most complete the third loop, for 39.3 miles by 5pm (10 hours)to be allowed to continue. Glow sticks will mark the final mile of the 50
